Amanda is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition from Meredith College. She is also a certified personal
trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as she knows that nutrition and physical activity go hand-in-hand for achieving and maintaining your health goals. Amanda does not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach for counseling and training. Instead, she makes it a priority to gear every session and plan of action towards each client’s specific lifestyle and needs.
